CARING FOR KIDS BANQUET - June 24, 2010
The Banquet, sponsored by Lexus of Austin, provides guests an opportunity to rub shoulders and dine with NFL Alumni legends. While eating and mingling, guests will also have the chance to bid in the silent and participate in the live auction, led by auctioneer, Joey Tomlinson (TLA #6042). To close out the evening’s festivities, golfers will “draft” their NFL Alumni team captains for the tournament.
NFL ALUMNI GOLF CLASSIC - June 25, 2010
The tournament, sponsored by KB Home, will feature four-person teams, each captained by a former NFL Player. Teams will compete on The Hills of Lakeway Signature Course in a scramble format with adjusted handicapping, followed by an alternate shot, sudden death playoff, to win a trip to the 2011 NFL Alumni Super Bowl of Golf Tournament. Past Super Bowl of Golf Tournaments have been played at exclusive courses, including Makena Resort, South Course in Maui and Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego.
