The Center for Child Protection works to reduce trauma to child victims of abuse and neglect in many ways. Hosting a Drive for one of our programs for children is a fun way to get your families, friends or coworkers involved with the Center for Child Protection.

Donate or volunteer to create Birthday Boxes for children who visit the Center. Some of these children lack even the simplest pleasures all children deserve – such as the opportunity and resources to celebrate their birthday. You can help by donating Birthday Box items and assembling for these children.

Birthday Box Supplies

Coping Kits give children the opportunity to try new coping methods when feeling upset or experiencing a difficult time. Help the Center distribute Kits to every child in need by donating kit items.

After visiting the Center for the first time, children are given a brand new teddy bear or stuffed animal to help provide comfort and a sense of safety during a difficult time – it also represents a new beginning. With a continually increasing number of children visiting the Center each day, we ask for your support in keeping our teddy bear and stuffed animal supply fully stocked.
