Jeff’s 15 minutes of fame came and went in 2005 when he played a match-play event against Justin Leonard on ESPN in “People vs the Pros.” for $100,000. Jeff recently opened up the Austin office for a Dallas-Based Commercial Insurance firm called Tower Street Insurance. As a Commercial Risk Advisor, Jeff helps clients with Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance and Business Health Benefit Plans. Kelsey Leigh Hughes
Kelsey Leigh Hughes is a native Austinite and, having been a performer since childhood, is excited for this opportunity to give back through the Dancing with the Stars competition. Her family instilled the importance of philanthropic efforts starting at a young age and it brings her great joy to continue these efforts through her store’s donations to local charities and by serving on the board of her family’s foundation.

Doctor Teresa Irwin
Teresa, AKA “Terry,” has been in Central Texas since 2000, after completing her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Before this, she worked as a nursing assistant, then a nurse technician, until she received her B.S in Nursing, and worked as a critical care nurse. In 2013, she became board certified in the subspecialty of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, AKA, urogynecology. She continues to practice urogynecology at the Caring Center for Women in New Braunfels TX.
In January 2020, Dr. Irwin founded “”The Vaginacologist”, an online educational platform. After years of working on female pelvic dysfunctions, she realized many of the issues her patients were experiencing were due to a lack of education. Dr. Irwin provides educational resources to help women understand their anatomy and implement preventative measures. Her most recent venture has been founding Aesthetics of Central Texas in New Braunfels, TX, providing painless laser treatments for multiple skin conditions and rejuvenation, as well as sonic wave therapies for women and men’s sexual health. She is always looking for ways to help her patients get the most out of life!
Dr. Irwin is married to a family physician, Dr. Richard Laue, and has been blessed with three kind and gorgeous sons, the most adorable granddaughter, and an amazing unofficial daughter-in-law. As an exercise enthusiast, Dr. Irwin keeps her body in shape with belly dancing, Salsation fitness, lightweight training, and walking their 4 dogs. She can’t wait to show off her moves for such an important cause!
Jay Lamy
Jay is one of AQUILA’s vivacious founding partners and an institution in the Austin commercial real estate industry. He is an Austin, Texas-based commercial real estate broker with a Christian heart who’s dedicated to family, faith, philanthropy and spreading wisdom through his self-proclaimed “Yoda-esque and ass-kicking ways” and through his integration of movie quotes into every conversation. He leverages his background in investment banking and venture capital to better serve his clients in the commercial real estate arena. He has been honored numerous times by the Austin Business Journal and others for his outstanding work on some of Austin’s most highly visible transactions.
Jay has a deeply entrepreneurial spirit and in January 2007 broke out of the institutional world with several partners to found AQUILA Commercial. He envisioned a commercial real estate firm where creativity was promoted, hard work rewarded, and silos didn’t exist. Prior to founding AQUILA, Jay played an integral role in growing The Staubach Company’s Austin office. Jay started his career working for CIBC Oppenheimer’s investment banking group in New York City. On Saturdays, you can find Jay cheering on the Rice Owls. On Sunday, you can see him exercise his vocal cords in St. John Neumann’s Catholic Church Choir and during the week at 4.00 anyone can join him to workout with his MMA instructor. Jay has also won several “unsanctioned dance-offs” by incorporating what he refers to as a “satirical” dance style. He looks forward to competing more seriously this time, well – mostly.
Matt Lutz
Matt is the CEO and founder at Sabre Commercial, a commercial contracting firm in Austin. Since the age of two he has been in Austin, he attended O’Henry, Austin High, and then University of Texas. While he was not born in Austin, he considers himself a true Austinite and lucky to have grown up in the Zilker neighborhood when it was full of hippies.
Matt started in real estate while still in college, getting his real estate license while at UT. After graduating, he went into commercial real estate as broker and working on real estate investments. There was also a time when he owned a bar on 6th street!
Matt is a member of the Explorer’s Club and loves spending time outside, especially on the lake water-skiing and wake-surfing. He also enjoys playing tennis, hunting and fishing. He is also on the board at the Crossroad Scholars Program, a non-profit whose mission is to help young students break the generational cycle of poverty through scholarship and advocacy. He is excited, and a little nervous, to be dancing this year but is thrilled to be giving back to such a great cause.

Bridget Ramey
Bridget’s first introduction to Austin was at the University of Texas, and she immediately knew Austin was home. Coming from the small town of Rockport, Texas, where her family is in the funeral home business, Bridget combined her family’s work ethic and her love of research into a thriving real estate career. Hoping to get more involved in Austin, Bridget competed and won Miss Austin USA in 1995. It was this endeavor that launched Bridget’s passion for her non-profit work. A devoted activist for the once Austin Children’s Shelter, Bridget has helped raise money and awareness for this amazing cause, as well as others.
With a background in Public Relations and Journalism, Bridget loves to write and brings these two elements into her real estate career, keeping things innovative and exciting. She is known for her intuition and attention to detail while employing a full concierge level of service. She creates an unparalleled buying and selling experience for her clients. Bridget considers referrals and the relationships she makes along her professional journey her highest form of flattery, and she has a talent for finding the hidden gems along the shores of Lake Austin and throughout Austin’s many booming neighborhoods and outlying markets. Although her portfolio lies heavily in the luxury market, Bridget prides herself on providing luxury service with all product types and price points, whether that next address is around the corner or around the world.
There is nothing that matters more to Bridget than her relationships with her family and friends, her love of God and her furry little guy, Jonah, a 3lb teacup Yorkie. Her love of the outdoors keeps Bridget active, from jet skiing on Lake Austin to hiking and skiing the mountains of Colorado! Bridget feels most at home when in harmony with nature. Yoga plays a key role in her world, as does dancing, live music and sampling Austin’s thriving foodie scene.
